Although the building still in renovation. We got a good room. #410 face lake is simple but clean (it is a new floor, the room is well painted, the bathroom is clean, also new mattress. I confess. I was afraid to ruining my weekend, but we had a nice surprise.

I found that the hotel was cute and did the job for a weekend get away. The only downside waa that when we checked in we got given a voucher for the public pool since the hotel didn't have one. BUT on the voucher it said public pool was open from 9am to 9pm. We were never told any different. We were going to go to the pool on Saturday around 3 but when my bf went to go ask about capacity he was told they closed at 3! It would be great if the pool and hotel would have given each other the proper information about times of operation. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay

The quality was terrible. We had two rooms for two days and both had many problems. We changed rooms a few times, but still there were many problems. The receptionist passed her manager's phone number to call after checking out. I called 2 days. The manager never responded even I left my phone number. They never call me back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I don’t like dirty night stand table dusty they not cleaning it. When open bathroom door it made a funny sound like the ceiling coming down bcoz it loose. Could’ve put in a bigger longer table for guests to put their stuff on it. Not enough hangers, also there were no hand soap only 1 facial bar soap for a couple guests. & the shower was very hard to control to turn. Water was coming out all over d floor. Fridge is too small portable from fridge. Can’t put in food & drinks. Everything is run down need fixing. Those poor koi fishes pond water too dirty need to keep maintaining I’m worried fishes might die . I like those beautiful koi fishes but hard to see them under the dirty water. Not good for da fishes that animals abuse.

I didn't expect as a fancy hotel. I knew what I paid for. But the building is very outdated. Manually slide open the automatic door, dark hallway, mold in a bathtub and funky smell. The only thing I liked about was the customer service at the front desk.

The room was very nice with a view of the lake. It was quiet and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was no card on the door to request maid service so we did not get any. We were able to get towels from the front desk. I loved getting a pass to the mineral pool.
