Hi: My name is Manfred Schreyer, and I arrived on Saturday, Aug. 24th at the hotel to visit the Opera. I checked in late afternoon, changed, went to the Opera and afterward I visited with my friends. I arrived back at approximately midnight at my room and noticed that the A/C in my room (I believe it was #2123) was very, very noisy, and I woke up multiple times from the noise of running and off/on switching. In other words, I DID NOT have a pleasant night at the hotel. The next morning I told the front desk about it and her answer was: "We could have switched your room, if it was noisy" -REALLY??- You know to pack up clothes, etc and to switch room is crazy in the middle of the night! I am very, very disappointed in my stay and in the facilitation of the process. Before I write a Google review, I would like to inquire about if you would accommodate a discount process for my next stay, because I believe my previous stay was unacceptable for any guest. I previously had written a message on your Facebook Page with no repsonse from your end. Respectfully, Manfred Schreyer

Hotel was mediocre, not worth the price though. Kids pool was just a section of sprinklers, not as advertised as a kids pool. Larger pool was nice as well as the hot tub. Front desk staff not very friendly, also did not mention at all when / where breakfast is served, I had purchased the add-on breakfast, I would not recommend as the staff does not know how to charge it. Location about 30 mins away from Santa Fe by highway, if you want something closer I would not recommend booking here. Limited dining and grocery options in the vicinity of the hotel.

We stayed in the Boardroom suite and because it shares the same floor as the conference rooms on the Mezzanine floor, the AC did not work that great. They bright us a portable fan that helped but not enough to cool the entire room. The staff were friendly and offered to give us a different room, but did not have any other suites available. The Tapas restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, this is the reason for the 2 stars and not 1.

The price is too high. Simple as that. They are charging beyond eight bucks for bottled water in the gift shop. I just used the faucet water. They charge tons of cash for everything, and while the rooms are nice I don’t want to spend ridiculous prices a night plus fees and food. We went to Espanola to eat. And. We won’t stay there again. The main reason we went was the concert on Friday. We were forced to stay 2 nights. The pool was not swimmable. And the indoor pool doesn’t have a lap area. And the security guard at the show was ridiculous. He ran off a guy who touched the barrier. The guy was like 60 and enjoying the show. The guard would not stop giving him trouble. For the money I didn’t get the enjoyment. I won’t be back even though there are more bands coming. It just wasn’t a nice vibe.

I hair high for the amenities @250 a night. Air Supply concert was great , casino floor was clean and neat. Restaurants and service in the restaurants was lacking except for the red sage , we did not go there. The hotel seems to have issues keeping staff in restaurants. Otherwise a very nice stay. Would stay again if they would not gouge on weekends or concert nights.

I didn’t like that the carpet is worn near the lobby. Like the carpet from the check in area to the elevators. Should take the carpet out and put pavers instead. The carpet looks extremely dirty. The furniture in the room was also old and worn.

Definitely not worth the price…. Paid 850$ for 3 nights. The room was old feeling. The furniture was all damaged, and the room was sooo far from the main part of the building so it was hard to take our luggage up and then back down at checkout. Nothing is unique wait time for security to open my safe was 30 minutes. Pool people were unhelpful. Cafe restaurant couldn’t find the host and the food was not cooked properly. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told that he was in a meeting (On a Saturday afternoon) Really. No housekeeping was good. No place to eat after 9 pm.

You have to drag your wheeled suitcases for half a mile down a plush carpeted hallway, take an elevator, and then wheel it another 75 meters to the room. There is no alternative. And as soon as we opened the door, we knew that the room had been occupied by a smoker. Probably sat on the patio with the door open. Bleach.
