We felt unsafe and did not sleep for the night. The parking has alot of people riding a bike as if looking out when to open cars. The floors in our room is not mopped or swept. It has guma and dirt near the bed :( kind of expensive for a night stay.

When booking, the website advertised for free breakfast. Once checked in, the front desk had mentioned that they do not serve breakfast. Walls and floors are thin. We stayed in the second floor and we were able to hear guests walking at night upstairs. This place has generally a lot of foot traffic. A lot of noise when people pass by (you can hear people talking passing by the rooms and carts from the cleaners) But repair man was quick to fix the slow drain sink.

The staff did fine, the guy who checked us in and out was kind. The breakfast was fine, but could’ve offered more protein options. The rooms were big and I liked that ours had a door separating the two parts. The walls and windows seemed very thin. We woke up whenever a motorcycle drove by. The floors were not very clean— I couldn’t walk barefoot because my feet would end up dirty. The toilet/shower room was pretty gross— the walls and floor seem very old. The pool had cigarette butts in it and the hot tub wasn’t working. Over all, the place was ok for what we payed.

Depends on whats important
Unfortunately the pics do not show reality. As soon as you pull up you know you messed up. You sign in at a side window like a gas station. In my case it was 11pm with toddlers in tow and had to be somewhere by 630am we had to stick it out. Room had the appearance of upgrades but had an odor. The bathroom had some sort of red smudges on the wall the bath tub had someones hair in it around the sides. Day 2 after our first event we were able to get back early enough to relax before bed and an early flight. Pool was dirty. Neighbors clearly live on site more like a transition home . No parking night 1. Breakfast starts at 7 so if you have early plans you lose out. I attempt to get my kids ready for bed to find how filthy their feet are from the floors. The rooms curtains didnt cover the windows which was facing the balcony. The lights beemed in the room all night. People yelling and making noise in the parking lot all night. Some positives are the beds were comfortable, the air worked well, and the room was spacious.

Walkway dirty cigarette butts. Doesn’t look like they swept or cleaned in some time. Trash outside our room was overflowing and never emptied before we left. Swimming pool is basically in the parking lot. With bar fencing around it. At least enclose it for a little privacy.

Stay away from this property as hotel management completely denies customer ever complained and lies about it. They don't rectify any complaints nor even attempt to. Unsafe place full of shady people, shower pressure insanely low, AC unit was not working at all, front door was very very hard to open and required a heavy push to open. Not the service you expect for top dollars you pay for this property. Stay away.

The housekeeping at this place is terrible. Had to send towels everyday to get washed so from 11 am till 4pm we had no towels. They never did housekeeping in the 4 days we stayed there. Had to always ask for toilet paper and towels. Will never return here.
