Friendly staff, easy to find room, easy to park, reasonable price in comparison to others in the area What I didn't like was like red stains in the bathtub and on the rug by the sink. It almost resembles blood marks. I was kinda grossed out by it, so couldn't shower there . Other than that, everything else was fine.

There was nothing special about this hotel. It looked outdated. We had to turn on HVAC unit that night and it was very loud. I would not stay there again.

I liked how clean the property was and the decor was modern.There wasn't any closet space to put my things in and I accidently booked a disability room because I didn't question what King - ADA meant on the website before confirming. Which was my fault cause I rebooked and when I got to the motel, lthey were fully booked so I wasnt able to change rooms.I usually get a room with a coffee maker cause I like a cup the first thing I need in the morning but since they have a cafe at this property I thought I could have fresh brewed but even the cafe service was slow. They do have an option to rent a bike for the day and I wasn't able to take advantage of that opportunity. I think I would comeback when the weather is warmer since they got a spacious pool area with a nice seating area good for groups. Instead after hours I walked over to the casino nextdoor to check out their tables and dining.

Clean, lots of parking, very colorful and unique hotel, arcade coffee area. Didn't like that none of the rooms have a mini fridge no microwave and no coffee or any amenities inside the room.

I used the hotel link tgat was emailed to check-in online that we were going to arrive at 4:30. When we arrive closer to 5:00, our room was still not ready. We waited another 20 to 30 minutes. While we are waiting for our room to be ready, we attempted to get coffee, but there was no one around. I did see someone behind the counter, but then she disappeared and I didn't see her again. When I went to check out, I could hear voices behind the wall, but no one came out to assist me until I actually rang the bell. I did not feel that your customer service was a priority.
