We were first put in a room that had not been redone and it was bad! Mold growing on ceiling of bathroom and around tub; tub stopped up and holding water; hot water knob not working so there was no hot water! Requested another room and the second room had been redone and was nice. Not sure why they put us in a bad room to begin with.

Wow! Not well maintained. Toilet paper holder was broken and on the floor. We were there two nights and the linens were not replaced or even checked. This may be my last visit to a Comfort Suites.

Clean hotel but poor service
The front desk attendant was on the phone for a LONG time while I waited to check-in. He was not friendly or welcoming. Then, at 12:30 am someone was trying to get into our room and pounding on the door. It appeared to be an employee - asking if the previous tenant had left an electric toothbrush in the room (there was none). I wanted to talk to the front desk and report this the next morning but there was no one around to speak with during breakfast. We had to leave at 7am for a flight and I never saw an employee downstairs that morning.

Bath tub in our room was so dirty. The was scum and sand. We had to clean it before using. Since we didn’t have cleaning materials it still wasn’t great. My son who had a room on another floor had the same dirty bath tub.

Demetrius at check in was very good. He was incredibly patient and informative to the elderly couple needing help in front of us and then gave us prompt, courteous attention. However, the rooms were very disappointing. For one, the clock didn’t work and we needed an early alarm. Bathroom was dirty.
