Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that the staff was not there when we arrived. It was mentioned that their staff has to run the front desk as well as the shuttle to the airport. This was very frustrating after a long drive with children and an infant to have to wait to get checked in.
We called early in the week guest service said shuttle runs every 30 mins. When we checked in John said shuttle runs at 4am to 12am. We stayed to have a 5am flight. He said it wouldnt be a isssue. Don told us at 2:20am that they wouldnt get us a ride.

The beds were caving in. The mattress moved all over the foundation. My back was hurting the next day. Subpar breakfast.
Renovated rooms are excellent. Breakfast is good. Great experience staying with family. Only problem is that the airport shuttle service is not reachable when needed, has to make own transport arrangement from airport to hotel.

It was a pretty good stay. There were only a few people staying there but they piled us on top of each other. Could have been quieter. Also, we could take a tub.. looked too scummy. Very old conditions but comfortable and clean or the most part. Service was great except for not keeping us in a quiet area.
Well first let me stay ive stayed at the hotel for 8yrs at least 2 times a yr. Now when i checked in i felt bad for the man checking us in he was trained for a half day then left alone when he tried to call someone for help they would not answer there phone. I had to help him. He was so sweet. Then when i check in my room i had to clean the toilet it had poop on seat. Then next morning when i went to take a shower i almost fell to the tub being covered in something slimmy i had to clean it because no housekeeping yet i turn shower on and the shower head was broke and spraying water all over floor so had to clean the floor. When i went to front desk to speak to manager he would not come out and talk to me. I have worked in customer service for over 30yrs and would have been fired if i treated a customer like that. I ask for some kind of refund and still have gotten nothin oh i forgot there was mold around the tub. Needless to say i will never stay there again oh front desk night shift had to run shuttle from airport to hotel and fix breakfast by 630 every morning. When ive stayed when other managers they would have had help and they would have at least refunded me most my money back im truly disappointed in this comfort inn and suites and i will make sure everyone i have told to stay there to change to another hotel and if i was you i would do the same
No one ever showed up at the front desk to check us in. We waited 45 minutes and ended up going next door to another hotel. I still haven't received a refund.
First room offered wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. Then put in a room that the bathroom sink didn’t drain. That got fixed. Later when we trying to go to bed the room had a light that would randomly come on (motion sensor or something). Went to call the front desk and the phone did not work. Went to the front desk for help with light and had to wait for 20 mins for someone to come to the counter. Was offered tape to put over the light sensor. Someone tried to take lightbulb out of the light around midnight but couldn’t. Was put in another room but that room’s heater didn’t work. The bathroom had visible mold and there were beetles in the room. I’m not creative enough to make this stuff up.
The employees were super friendly but very understaffed. It took 20 mins just to get someone to answer the phone to get a shuttle ride from the airport. The same employee that checks people in was the one driving the shuttle and making the buffet breakfast as well. The property itself is older. There was a weird smell in the lobby and the room smelt like mold and bleach products. We also had a tile fall off in our shower. Location was convenient next to the airport but wouldn’t recommend staying here just due to the lack of cleanliness of the place
