Convenient location for visiting our family. Very nice room. Only problem was getting TV to work. And got no answer when calling Reception. Would have been helpful if there was a sheet with instructions in the room.

Dirty bed coverings with lots of hair and pizza sauce on comforter. Bad house keeping service for room (621) I had to change bed covering due to no housing keeping service available which i had no problem but I should have receivex an discount due to below standard cleaning. This may happen from timr to time but hotel should automatically discount the room due to sub standard basic cleaning. If your customers change their own linen then there was work performed which is normally paid by employer to house cleaning service. Do to not receiving a discount from hotel chain (Wyndham) I will not be considering Wyndham hotels when planing any travel until Wyndham pays for my services rendered at their LaQuita hotel in Cincinnati-Sharonville, Ohio

There was no hot water in the room the second night or morning of our stay. I had to heat washclothes up in the microwave to wash my face and we couldn't shower. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable after a long night out in the city.

We were looking for a quick place to sleep and shower before getting back on the road. Rooms could use some updates/maintenace. How everyone, location was okay (a little noises with the road close by). Nothing fancy but that’s not what we were looking for.

No hot water - leave or full price
Though open and honest about the lack of hot water during my stay, only offered to refund my stay if I cancelled my booking and went somewhere else - at 9:30 pm after a long day on the road. Not even a offer of a partial refund.
