Crackhouse experience
Staff great but the place is an absolute garbage can. I would rather(and will btw if i need to) sleep in my car. This was a nightmare.

Automated check-in does NOT work.
I was sent pin to enter the car park and reference to retrieve the room key from the automated check-in machine. The pin for the car park worked fine but retrieving the key from the automated machine proved to be impossible even though it found my booking on the screen and I attempted to follow the instructions multiple times including trying to make a new booking and paying again. I tried several times to call their "emergency number" which was constantly switched off! Nothing worked I had to sleep in my car.
The "emergency number" was switched off, numerous attempts to call it failed.
Automated check-in machine does not work, even though it shows the booking details on the screen it will not give a room key.

C'est toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel, j'y vais en vélo et on accepte toujours que je l'aie dans la chambre. La chambre est vraiment confortable et le petit-déjeuner buffet est super délicieux. Ce séjour est à refaire.

Cet hôtel n'est toujours pas très loin de la piste cyclable et c'est pratique parce qu'à chaque fois que j'y vais je fais du vélo. Merci au personnel d'accepter que je mette toujours ma bicyclette dans ma chambre. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est vraiment bon. En plus quand je suis dans la chambre de ce lieu de vacances-là il y a toujours la douche, le lavabo, les toilettes dedans et c'est vraiment bien.

C'est toujours un super hôtel. J'y suis allé plusieurs fois tout seul, les WC, le lavabo et la douche sont toujours dans la chambre. En plus je peux mettre mon vélo dans la chambre et c'est vraiment gentil que l'on me fasse faire ça. J'espère y retourner bientôt.
