Our hand washing sink was broke from the moment we checked in until we left. The front office staff tried to fix but it didn’t work. We just had to wash our hands and brush our teeth using the bathtub which was very inconvenient.

Amazing customer service at any time of the night or day. Both Shelly and Alex made the check in process so pleasant, and everyone has been so kind and helpful. The rooms and lovely and comfortable and the hotel is close to Safeway, McMenamins, outlet mall, and the Chinook Winds Casino. Highly recommend!

1 staff member Kimberly, was doing it all. I have a bad back & she gave us another room with better bed, plus 2 extra blankets to lay on top of. She was running around helping everybody. They also serve fresh cookies to the guests!

I HAD TO CANCEL MY ROOMS CAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY SURGERY FOR MY SON AND I CANCELED THE THE SECOND DAY 24 HOUR IN ADVANCE AND GOT NOT REFUND FROM IT. SO EVERYTHING WAS NOT GREAT.
