Was not impressed with the manager. Broken shower head wasn't fixed, he didn't seem to care. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

A shadow of it's former self.
This hotel used to be a part of the Romantik chain of hotels and was excellent but now it's a hotel Garni, just bed and breakfast and a shadow of its former self. Reception only staffed 1 PM to 11 PM. Bar and restaurant closed. Poor selection of fruit at breakfast which was otherwise adequate. You must ask for your room to be serviced. The en-suite could do with being redecorated, as could several corridors. I had the feeling that the hotel was operating on a shoestring basis. The few staff on duty were friendly and professional.I had a good-sized room that was comfortable.

Old time charm with excellent central location.
A boutique hotel with old time charm. Good shower and bed. Some of the hotelrooms are rather small but I had a good size room. Lovely staff. Unfortunately the very good breakfast is not included. Location is central and convenient. -The parking lot was full when I arrived but it is actually cheaper to park at the underground city parking at the end of the road, towards the center. 80 yards/meter away.

Overall OK, but not outstanding
Friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Some rooms are somewhat loud for my taste (I could here the street traffic at night), but otherwise everything is ok. I wish the lights in the gym would turn on early in the morning so that morning exercise folks could use the gym before work - the hotel staff told me "it was not possible to turn on the lights earlier", which is a pity.

A wonderful hotel with great service and a very professional staff. Rooms were beautiful, everything was tidy and clean, and the place offered a wonderful respite to complement the beautiful city of Coburg.

Ein Hotel mit besetzter Rezeption und liebevoller Einrichtung. Wo findet man heute so etwas noch? Zum Beispiel hier. Der Rezeptionist war sehr zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Hotel hat eine günstige und ruhige Lage zur Altstadt.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, schönes Hotel in toller Lage direkt an der Altstadt. Alles sehr verwinkelt und viele Treppen hier und da, für uns nicht schlimm, jedoch für Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht ideal. gutes Frühstück, Servicepersonal nett und freundlich

Tolle Lage des Hotels am Rande der Altstadt. Parken war zwar nicht beim Hotel, aber im nahegelegenen Parkhaus möglich. Große schöne Zimmer, sehr ruhig.
