The front desk attendant was wonderful, we were traveling with family and she went the extra mile to get us rooms that were close together. We were in town for a Christmas event and she was very helpful in sharing information about how to get to the venue and parking.

The person that check us in has no business in a customer services position, the location was terrible and hard to get to, the room was filthy, i lifted the bed akirt and there was old popcorn and extremly dirty all around the bed, there was a lg stain on the carpeting, the sink was not clean, there was an old fruit roll up on the floor by the fridge, the shower area looked like it hadnt had a decent cleaning in MONTHS. I guess this is my fault for choosing to go a little cheaper
