This property is over 10 miles away from the center of Coeur d’Alene. It is directly on the lake, it is incredibly lovely and well-maintained. Only downside is there is no restaurant on the property.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo has every amenity needed for comfort, cooking and entertainment. The setting is magestic with a view of lake Coeur d Alene and snow covered mountains in the distance. It’s a very short walk to the salt water pool. We will be coming back every year!

*** Beware there is no mention of an additional cleaning fee billed after departure not included in your charge through Expedia. The cleaning fee for 2 nights was $216.00. I called property before booking to verify Expedia nightly charge, deposit and if any additional charges and was told the Expedia charges were all that I would be charged and the $250 deposit would be refunded at checkout for the incidentals. Had I been aware of charge I would not have been so upset as property is beautiful and very well maintained.

I booked this property over 6 months prior to our stay and two days before our arrival I got a phone call from a woman named Marie and she told us they didn’t have a room for my family and I. My family and I were in Yellowstone when we got the call. It sent me in a panic because we were supposed to be at this property in two days for a two night stay before we headed home. The woman was very rude and refused to help me or give me an explanation as to why we no longer had a room. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you”; and told me to call Expedia which was weird because I booked it through VRBO. Long story short. After two hours being on the phone with random people, I finally got my money back and was able to find another property for my family and I. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

I booked this property on Feb 7th for my birthday week/wknd (April 6th-9th). I was contacted by WorldMark on 3/30 to let me know they would have construction going on and I was only allowed 1 vehicle. I was totally fine with all of that. We flew from San Diego to Spokane on the 4/6...traveling all day. Got off the plane, grabbed our rental car and a bite to eat. We arrived in Couer d'alene 6ish (it's an hour drive form Spokane airport). We went to the grocery store and stocked up on supplies for the 3 night stay at the condo because they advised us that the were located in a remote area and the nearest store/restaurants were about 30 minutes away. We got out of the grocery store at 7pm. I pulled up my email to get the address for GPS and saw that Expedia emailed me THAT afternoon to tellme Worldmark couldn't honor our reservation!! I was horrified! I immediately called WorldMark to find out what was going on. They advised me that they overbooked their condos and there was nothing they could do about it and to contact Expedia for a relocation. We sat in a rental car in the parking lot of a grocery store for 2 hours (and it was cold) while Expedia tried to find us something comparable. I had just spent $150 in groceries that were melting snd rotting in my trunk, and we were exhausted from traveling all day. How can someone cancel your 3 night reservation literally the day of arrival!!? It was also Spring Break so everything was sold out. I will NEVER book with WorldMark again.

Quiet condos
Beautiful setting on the east side of Coeur D’Alene. The facilities are very clean and spacious. On our first stay here we had an amazing view of the lake… this time not so much but still a quiet, restful stay. We were thrilled to find out that the pool was finally open.

This property is awesome. Literally in the middle of nowhere. We got a 3 bedroom condo and there were deer on the lawn when we got there. Great place to just relax and hang out

Property is big and Nice. Condos have everything you need with the basics. Pool was closed for “maintenance” when we came. There really isn’t much to do on this property. The pictures look better online as far as the grounds. Property is 30 min out of town so bring whatever you need.

This location is beautiful! It's somewhat remote and you need to bring food with you as stores are at least 30 minutes away but they did an excellent job of communicating that information before we arrived.

From day one,walking through the front door we knew we had hit the jackpot!! The views from the patio was wonderful even tho we weren't lake front. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We will definitely visit again and again.

Beautiful and peaceful stay.
It was big and beautifly 2 bedroom. Will return. There was not daily maid service, so if you need, might want to ask. 15 to 20 min drive from I90, but once there, easy to get around. Beautiful lake location. Get food before you arrive, but they have some things in the reception. Ample parking. Kids were sledding on hill by building C.
