Whole lobby is very stinky. They don’t provide proper toiletries please carry your own. Breakfast buffet is terrible as pretty much everything is empty. Hotel is expensive but don’t expect much. I do not recommend 2 stars only. Sorry but this place needs a little more professionalism as per the price.

Receptionist was difficult. We had a bat in our hallway. No one was available to remove bat. Coffee machine was dirty and unusable Furniture had strips missing. Toilet wouldn't work, had to fix it myself. Hotel is in need of an up grade............

Overall happy with our stay
Was a nice hotel, super close to everything in Collingwood, a quick drive to downtown or the beaches. Room was clean and had a great A/C system to keep the room cold during 30° weather. Breakfast was complimentary, your usual hotel breakfast foods. The breakfast area is a little small and fills up really quickly.

I like the breakfast more and the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. What I'm a little disappointed off was that, what i booked for was not what i walked in. I thought i would get two separate rooms so that my teenager son will get the one separate room with the couch for Privacy purpose, but it was only one room.
