Our view looking out to parking lot. I am a ladscaper and I know it is not that hard to do edging around flower beds. Just cleans those edges. Also need an arborist in.

Enjoyed a relaxing getaway from the city. The outdoor pool area was a great place to relax. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed having a balcony. I would definitely visit again.

Really poor service in general, the quality of everything was just "off" and it cost so much money for what it was. That was the worst part - value for dollar seemed terrible.

This hotel was stunningly beautiful! From the drive in, to the lobby, the grounds, even the room was very tastefully decorated. Our room was exactly as described on the website, and the added bonus was the cute little outdoor space with chairs! Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, and have travelled alot for work over the years. Only things I would change, would be the location of the room. We were the last room at the end of the hall, and the cleaning crew kept their carts there and the door was extremely loud opening and closing. I also wasn’t a fan of the 11am checkout time; but understand that it’s needed to get the rooms turned over.

We just went this past Thurs-Sat of long weekend and it was amazing! Beautiful grounds, and felt more like a resort. Outdoor pool so clean, as was indoor. Lots of activities for family from basketball/hockey court to tennis and shuffle board. BBQ areas available should you want to. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room and washroom was updated and was very clean. Balcony’s are awesome too! 12 min to Blue Mountain Village and anything else you need in Collingwood 5 min away. The hotel restaurant Gustav is very good and great portions! Staff also great there. We will be returning for sure!!
