Staff was very polite and nice, breakfast was very good. Hotel was understaffed so small things like pool towels, room towels etc were short. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
The general common areas and the breakfast were great! Clean, well managed.
The towels were a bit in rough shape and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.
The linens were clean and the beds were suitable, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
Our room was not cleaned for 4days that we stay, the front desk told us it's only by request on the last day. But in the bathroom, it says the room will be cleaned every other day.
The hotel was beautiful inside and out.The front desk person was not at the desk and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come help.
That was a long time when I had been on the road for 14 hours and just wanted to check in. Then we go to breakfast and they are out of many things like spoons for the oatmeal that was not hot, coffee lids and so on. You pay to stay at a nice hotel knowing there will be a good hot breakfast and the quality was just not very good. We ended up going out to breakfast and that was dissappointing. Sub par for that area of hotels and if I was in management I would have been at the store that morning getting the supplies I needed for breakfast before people even knew it was an issue. There were lots of complaints from others on why they were oit of so many things.
Better management would have problem solved instead of just saying sorry we are out, not our fault.
