Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly-from the desk attendants to the housekeeper. I would definitely stay at another Hampton but especially this on in particular.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Check it and check out was a breeze. Shower did have some hairs on the shower wall from shaving from previous people. The wall behind the desk was dirty like something spilled down the back of the wall and wasn’t wiped up where the square chairs that pull out are. Breakfast didn’t have many options especially for kids, the eggs were not appetizing at all. Kids wouldn’t eat them because they had peppers in them, sausage was not the kind you’d expect like, like patties or links no bacon so no protein choices for us. But overall we had a great time stay.

The place was well kept up, clean, and would definitely stay there again. However, there was an issue with the phones. They would randomly ring with no one on the line. This happened 5 times while we were there so we disconnected the phone so we could sleep. Also, the pool was nice and warm but needed a good shock. Warmer pools require more chlorine and this one was a bit cloudier than I would have liked.

It is a very clean property. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. I forgot a neck pillow in our room. The room was being cleaned when I returned and it was cheerfully handed to me. The guests were very nice also.

Not so quiet not entirely clean
Staff were professional. Found a long hair on top of the toilet lid. My real complaint with this hotel is sound proofing. Could easily hear the people in the room above me and beside me which woke me at night and again in the morning. Trief uploading a photo of the hair on the toilet but the ap wouldnt let me
