The hotel was nice. However I had recently noticed I had 2 hhonors accounts because the one online was showing 0 points after multiple stays. I asked the staff for both numbers so I could combine them & they saw them & picked one, but I never got them after a couple of attempts asking

i did not like the dogs on the same floor as guest without dogs...i did not like the dingy sheets, pillow cases and comforter looked unsanitary. i did like the cleanliness of the actual hotel-lobby, elevator the staff was excellent.

When we were 50 minutes away from check-in, we received a call that "due to a maintenance issue", our appointed room was no longer available. They did not have any other rooms to offer us. The clerk did say that they called a nearby hotel (a chain we no longer go to, due to a previous bad experience) and they had rooms. No offer to help us or cover the cost at an equivalent hotel due to their poor room management. We'll not reserve lodging at this particular Hilton Garden Inn in the future. Very disappointed!

looked very clean but definitely not the case. we woke up to my wife getting bit by bed bugs. just disgusting. especially from a high end hotel. location of shampoo bottles mounted in the shower had me smack my head. bed and pillows were way to soft we sunk into the mattress, had a horrible sleep.

We stayed here 4 years ago and it was a lovely facility with beautiful grounds in a convenient location. Our recent stay (9/24) was a huge disappointment. Property is worn and attitude of some employees was poor. One lovely lady greeted us at door and was kind and friendly. The one who checked us in was not. We got a “handi-capped room,” not by request and no heads-up. We found out when we saw the plate by the door. It was huge (to navigate a wheel chair) but furniture and fixtures were old and worn. I’d like to add a picture of the two chairs in front of the elevators on our floor but don’t think this site allows. The chairs were filthy with the bottoms falling out. Can’t imagine a less welcoming sight in a hotel. Sad to say we won’t be staying there again. It could be wonderful. It’s not.

Was really hoping to leave a 5 Star review for the price but feel a 4 is more accurate. The breakfast at the hotel is not included with your room. We booked a suite and still had to pay for the mediocre, hotel breakfast. The potatoes were hard as a rock and the eggs were barely lukewarm. Our room was nice but could use some detailed cleanings such as walls and the shower. Would stay again but not pay for a suite and not eat the breakfast.
