I liked the stay overall, however I will not be choosing this hotel in the future. I didn't feel comfortable walking around shoeless, the carpet was dingy and the bathroom had holes in the walls. I felt like there may have been creepy crawlies around (there were none thankfully) there was just an uneasy being there. The staff is super friendly, but I considered switching hotels multiple times due to the feeling of uncleanliness, but the place was as clean as it could be. There should be a renovation in its near future. I heard people walking and the room would rattle when they did. If you do choose this hotel, you can do as I did and buy gloves and bring shower shoes. I used my shirts as pillowcases and unlike any of my other stays, I never unpacked here.

The hotel was a little outdated and the rooms were very humid, the bathroom only had the towel rack on the shower door as the one on the wall had been removed it looked like they had started to remodel the bathroom but never finished. The breakfast was small and didn’t have many options. The staff was extremely welcoming and so nice!! Overall even though the hotel was outdated it work perfect for us and the price was even better!!

The check in was smooth. The breakfast is very disappointing and misleading. The room are a little dated now. The phone in the room didn't work. The sink fills up and drains extremely slow. My overall experience was good even with the hiccups. I would recommend this hotel.

Mold and mildew trap
We stay at many Sleep Inns in the Southeast, this was by far the worst of them all. The smell of the AC, and room in general didn't improve after 1/4 a can of air freshener. They were cleaning the carpet, but it should have NEVER been allowed to get as bad as it was. The breakfast offered almost nothing. The good news is all of the staff we encountered were amazing, and very nice.

When we first got in the room we had to crank up the air conditioner and remove the inner window curtain that was blocking the air flow to cut down on some of the heat and humidity, but otherwise the room was in good shape, the bathroom and sink worked, the bedding was comfortable, breakfast was well organized, tasty, and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the rates were very good.

This hotel needs a major overhaul on appearance and cleanliness. There was hair in the shower, dust on the outlets and furniture, and dirty socks in the closet that were not ours. The bathroom is tiny and ill-equipped. There is nowhere to hang up a towel to dry or put anything so it doesn't get wet. The hall carpets need to be replaced asap. They are dingy and covered in what looks like bleach spots. The AC was so-so. The room was coolish and thankfully it wasn't hot this weekend. We all woke up very stuffy which is a sign of dirty air filters. The surrounding area was not good. Someone was caught smoking outside after catching grass on fire outside the entrance and the staff was quick to respond and addresss. The front desk staff were the only highlights for this place. They were very nice and friendly. I will not be staying here again.
