Overall our stay was good. The hard boiled eggs at breakfast was terrible. Otherwise the rest of the food was good.

Hotel was clean, but older. The beds were hard and the pillows were very worn and lumpy. Front desk customer service was very poor at check in- person was rude and never greeted me, plus never offered assistance to my room even though I had luggage, my baby’s pack n play, and the baby as I was traveling solo.

Disgusting
First room we had was absolutely disgusting there was mold on the ceiling furnishings looked like they came from a thrift store bottom of shower was black found a couple questionable bugs and sheets were dirty asked for a different room witch they gave us but very reluctantly the next room we got was a little better not much but usable I guess although sheets looked disgusting thank god we had blankets we brought so we slept on top of the bed spread furnishings again looked like a thrift store stains all over carpet and walls and the pool they advertise doesn’t look like it was used in years the price was right but I would’ve paid more somewhere else if I would’ve known how disgusting this place was there breakfast was ok but don’t recommend staying here

The staff was not friendly when we checked in. They were having their own conversation and didn’t show us any courtesy! I asked about a senior discount and they said they didn’t offer them. Other people checking in with us were not being treated well either

Disappointed.
We traveled from Michigan for our grandson's Ft Jackson boot camp graduation and needed to reserve a room sight unseen. I've had good experiences with Sleep Inn before but this wasn't one of them. Best word to describe the room: grimy. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, do we made do with it.
