Nice but not the greatest.
Not thrilled with the maid service. Room was not fully service when we arrived and room telephone was not working. Also had to request service one day. Additionally, only one elevator was functional and the hotel seemed almost fully booked for the weekend with weddings. Waits for the elevator could be as much as 5 minutes.

Hotel is beautiful inside and out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus service was easy to schedule very convenient. Many restaurants in the area. There’s a mall close by. The restaurants in the hotel food is amazing. Room is spacious and cleaned daily. Indoor pool not so big but it’s perfect for a rainy or cold day. Overall , I enjoyed my stay.
