The front desk was very unprofessional, lazy, rude,!!! First thing first, how are you on a Facetime call the entire time of my transaction while asking for my personal information? Secondly, how you go from 1 deposit to a different deposit overnight without allowing a loyal customer know ahead of time! Good thing I had the money but I could only imagine those who didn't. On the sign posted it says that price only for a PET DEPOSIT!!! I told him I don't have any pets so why are you charging me extra? Front desk clerk says, "It's their "new deposit" and if I don't have it he can refund my money and I could find somewhere else to stay." It took everything in me to keep my cool and I did, not to mention my card was declined only because it was locked! I goes to unlock my card then my phone died. Livid! Still keeping my composure I politely ask, "Do you have a USB-C charger my phone just died?" Rudely without a care in the world he utters, "No!" To keep this short and simple I paid the deposit.
