Clean and comfortable
We were in town for a weekend visit with our daughter. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get to with lots of food and shopping choices. It was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. It had a nice gym and pool as well, including a small hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, one of the best in all my hotel travels. The room was neat and clean and the showers was great. 9.9 stars because their is always room for improvement :)

Front desk staff very nice and respectful, have to request fresh towels day two otherwise we would have been with the same towels for four days/three nights. Trash running over in rm, have to flag down house keepers to empty both cans. Very, very poor house keeping service.

Nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Our room, 202 has water damage to the ceiling. Too many dogs on the property. Elevator smells like wet dog. Pool was cloudy. Staff were all nice and attentive

We were in town to see my parents. The hotel has a great location, close to several stores and restaurants, and easy access to new Albany, gahanna, and Westerville. The room was comfortable and did the trick.
