I would recommend this hotel to anyone, service excellent (JAMES was an incredible front desk clerk, very polite, helpful, and wheeling to do anything for customers and takes his job very serious, THANKS JAMES AWESOME), location excellent, rooms excellent, just overall for our family was a excellent experience. Breakfast was bad. Boiled eggs were extremely cold. 2nd day @ 8 a.m. the only items available were cold eggs, yogurt and juice. I understand continental, but that was not a good experience. Choices were very limited.

The staff was great every single one of them. The room was dirty. It wasn't vacuum. The windows were filthy. I had to clean everything myself. Someone needs to check at the rooms are actually being cleaned.

The service is great, the guy at the front name James goes out his way to see if you need anything, and it very clean, the only thing is there breakfast doesn't have a lot of options, besides that the place is great.

The staff is above and beyond amazing. They are cross trained on positions and help with everything in a timely fashion. They are friendly and competent. They go way beyond what is expected to make each guest comfortable and meet their needs. Will stay here each time. Thank you.

Watered down juices, stale muffins, cereal, pancakes, grits are only other breakfast options. Staff is amazing though. Maid service is non existent, just towel replacement, sometimes they just take your dirty ones and don't bring new ones. Shampoo ran out after first night, body wash didn't work.

There was mold in the bathroom above the shower, the sheets were stained and the carpets were really dirty. We didn’t dare walk around without flip flops or socks. The staff was nice and accommodating. It just needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
