For the price you pay for the room, knowing that its one of the only hotels in the qc area that offer whirlpools in suites, i expect the water temp to be much more than it is. Ive stayed at this particular lodge a handful of times, always getting a whirlpool suite, and there have maybe been 2 times the water was actual temp worthy of a soak...its usually lukewarm bathwater temp and im at the point where im not spending the extra money for these rooms when that is absolutely a big selling point to begin with. Very disappointed as once again, the whirlpool AND the shower both only have lukewarm water and this was at 230-3am when most people arent up taking showers and using extra hot water

Room was clean & staff was very friendly. But the facility is outdated, boiler could not keep up with hot water when hotel was at a fuller capacity, heat was not working in our room, & some of the furniture pieces were broken or about to break.

They had no hot water. Bartender was an hour late and they air fried food was ok not great just ok. We went there for my boyfriend's birthday. I got a room with a hot tub that was beautiful. But no hot water for the hot tub or a shower. That's y I scored this the way I did. If they had hot water it would have been a good place to stay.

If you like cold showers, this is your place.
The staff was wonderful. Every interaction I dealt with extremely nice people. The hot water was tepid at best. The later it got in the morning, the colder it would get. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice. I'd just make sure they have the hot water fixed before I'd consider staying again.
