22/14/34: When I arrived no one was at the counter. The staff came to the counter, she didn't speak at all. I had to tell her I was checking in. She spoke rudely to me and my sister. My sister asked her was something wrong and why was she acting that way. She responded here's your key. There was no reason for that behavior.

The condition of the shower was dirty. The room had an odor of urine when we entered, and people were outside the door, smoking. No one reinforced that though we had non-smoking reservations. No one reinforces that rule

I liked it. Not the Ritz Carleton, but not paying for the Ritz. It was close to the friends we were visiting, and we paid extra for a room with a separate living room. It was a wrap around the elevator, so I was concerned about noise, but it was perfect. And the breakfasts were really good. Staff was very nice. It is sort of behind a McDonalds and Starbucks, it was fine. Stayed 3 nights, so pretty good sense. Did not use maid service, we don’t like people in the rooms, but maids were very polite in halls.
