Our room was and interior room which over looked the indoor courtyard. It was very nice and comfortable to decompress from our busy travel day and to prepare for my sisters funeral. The staff at the front desk Evelyn in particular was extremely friendly and accommodating during our difficult time. Housekeeping was attentive and prompt when we needed extra towels. We enjoyed our room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well in a very nice room.

I reserved an accessible room. Did not receive it. Was as far away from the elevator as humanly possible. Upon checking in it is very clear I’m disabled. Staff made no efforts to be accommodating. Room overlooked the pool and there was an extreme amount of noise most nights and mornings. Will never stay here again m. Miserable experience.

There is a transient aircraft parking area next to the hotel so I flew in to the Concord airport and parked and spent one night at the Hotel. Last time I was there was maybe 10-15 years ago and they had a nice restaurant and they had the back door accessible daytime so you could park the plane and walk in. Now, they shut down the entire back and you have to walk all the way around the entire hotel to get to the front to go in. Also they quit having any restaurant or food.

Downgraded "staff & service" category but not due to the staff. They were nice and accommodating. There was supposed to be some sort of breakfast. It was listed as starting at 6am but no one around so I inquired at the desk and they said 7am. At 7am, still no one so I went to the Taco Bell across the street. The fact that the staff didn't know if and when they even had some sort of breakfast option was quite annoying. Wasted time waiting for it -- would have went somewhere else to begin with if I would have just known they didn't have it.

Curtains in my toon were full of tears. Very limited food option for dinner. Also breakfast. It opened at 8. I had to be in the conference room at 7:30. No lunch availability. Had dinner there but service was terrible. Actually they forgot to cook our meal. Had to be reminded. Front desk staff were great. Especially Monica. Sh

Looks good on website, but rooms are old and outdated. At least the parking was convenient. Nice area with plenty of cute dining options. Concierge did the best she could. It seemed like she was working the desk alone for 2-3 days. House keeping did not clean the room in the 3 days we stayed. We had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Not sure if we’ll be returning to this hotel.
