Customer service is terrible. When we call nobody answer. We asked for late check out since we check in late too like 1am. They never accommodate us even. Front desk so lazy they don’t answer your call and not helpful and very rude. Terrible experience

The property looked great. I checked in late at midnight, but the front desk employee’s service was not good. Maybe hire people who want to be there late at night. I left the sign to clean the room one day and it was not cleaned when I got back.

2 night family water park trip
Second time staying here for two nights to visit the 6 flags hurricane harbor around the corner from the hotel. We were able to secure an early check in at 11am on a Thursday for no additional charge. We paid a little extra for a high floor Mountain View room and it was worth it. Room was spacious, clean, updated, and had comfy beds. Breakfast during the week is made to order in the restaurant downstairs and the buffet is on the weekends. Food was average but a great option if you have kids with you. The pool is large and is heated with a hot tub next to it. Plenty of comfy lounge couches and chairs and fresh towels at the pool. Very family friendly, bar serves drinks in plastic cups if you want to take them to the pool, (my kid was very excited about bringing his Shirley temple with him). Plenty of food options in strip mall across the street as well as a Dave and Busters. Area is walkable with a few sketchy characters hanging around but it wasn’t an issue. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was very nice, great area for shopping and dining across the street, check in staff were very friendly. The only bad thing was the breakfast, when booking it stated breakfast was included in the stay, on the morning of our departure, i decided to try the breakfast buffet, when walking in the restaurant there was a sign that said please wait to be seated, i waited for about five minutes then decided to walk in myself, i grabbed an orange juice and found a place to sit, then two other people walked in and employee finally came out and said the breakfast buffet would be $24.09 even for hotel guests, so i said no way. Other than that the stay was good.

Always Great
This is our go to Hotel in Concord. Its close to great shopping and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. It would be nice as a part of a reward to get parking paid or a parking credit. That's the only downside to staying here.

Room cleaning and resupply had to be requested at guest services. No vending machines and limited or no drinks available at the self vend station by checkin. Trash bags and random trash down hallways and in elevators. Parking lot gross. Going outside in the morning included encounters with homeless people.
