Roaches! I am not sure how this property has such a high rating. As soon as I walked in the room a roach went under the fridge in the kitchen. Then when I used the restroom a roach came out from behind the toilet somewhere. Every surface I wiped with my Clorox wipes was dirty. The floors were dirty. The bed shame had either bodily fluid or white food cream. The high rating on Expedia makes me question everything. There is no way. I slept with the lights in and at around three I saw two more roaches near the edge of the kitchen flooring. Absolutely the most stressful night of sleep I ever had. Never ever had a room with roaches and I’ve been around the world.

Hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but someone broke into my car in the very first night. It’s homeless people living behind trash enclosure and I met weird individuals on the parking lot many times, so be aware if you have to leave something valuable in the car overnight. Was asking for security cameras recording and was told that manager will call me when back to work on Tuesday ( incident happened Sat/Sun night). Today is Monday (the week after) and I’m still waiting for this phone call … I also mentioned that it’s very important to me because a lot of my documents with sensitive information was stolen

It was fine. The rooms are big. The furniture and feel of the place is old. The room was dark and the temperature set to 60 degrees so it felt like a refrigerator when I entered and you can’t open the windows. The beds are Full size not queen. The breakfast was ok. It worked for our trip, but I’d try another place instead of this one next time.

Luxury hotel in beautiful area of Pleasant Hill. Room was spacious and clean with kitchen with pots and pans and cutlery. I had top floor which was quiet. My only minor complaint was the coffee table in front of the couch showed a lot of wear and tear.

This was in a lovely area, quiet and pretty. We booked a walk in shower but was told that they did not have any rooms with a walk in shower as they were an older hotel. The breakfast was at best lukewarm with a very limited choice apart from the day when they hosted a convention when the breakfast was very much warmer but still not very fresh.
