I would give the property an excellent rating, but we didn’t have hot water for the shower and the pressure was so bad you couldn’t rinse the shampoo out of your hair. Another traveler with us had the same issues.
Everything was wonderful except the water pressure in the shower, which is a huge source of joy when staying at a hotel and paying hotel prices. Corporations need to stop cowtowing to the “eco-friendly” tyrants and just offer what we pay for.
Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the toilet's lid kept popping off? And the bathroom door is frosted glass. It doesn't lock. Not a fan of the door.
There were a lot of spots on the artwork glass in the bathroom. Looks like it never gets cleaned. View was completely obstructed from the south facing 2nd floor room I was provided. Only one elevator was working during my stay. Otherwise the property and stay were excellent

We stayed the night while attending a concert. The hotel was close to the venue and fairly nice. The toilet in our room ran frequently and the bed was rather hard. The staff was friendly and the dining options were good.
I stayed during the hurricane in July. The experience was very bad. Cold showers in the dark. For breakfast only bread was supplied by the hotel and this was very poor. Especially for the approx £150 a night stay. No drinks were supplied during this time. Only water at the main reception which was not clean and had bits in it...
I rarely write a negative report on hotels but I will not be staying here again. One lift was in use and this sometimes took many minutes to get on as it was just so busy. When taking the stairs you end up in a place you're not allowed to be in...
Three days of no power and the hotel offered absolutely nothing to their guests.
I stayed for 11 nights.
On the positives the hotel room was clean and cleaned regularly. Cleaners did not know any English but pretended they understood me.
Almost excellent just that microwave missing in the room should have made a difference😉 love to warm up to go foods after a busy day of exploring but overall hotel stay is wonderful especially the breakfast is awesome too by the way👌
