The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. The wifi was spotty, but the tv was large and had many options.

Staff was rude at check-in, and we were up all night due to neighbours drinking, playing music, and having s**. It started at 1 am and we left at 7 and they had not stopped. Don’t stay here.

Bed right up to curtain and window, actually curtains laying on bed. No tissues. Didn’t find soap until we showered. If soap is on sink counter, that would make more sense. Not a welcome feel.

The staff was very considerate however check in time is 3 and when I went to check in the room was not ready and was told it would be about an hour before I could check in for the room I had reserved. That was a little disappointing considering I had reserved two days prior to my check in date.

They charge you a cleaning deposit That you apparently don’t get back even if you left the room clean? Sorry we slept in the bed and used Towels after our shower? They won’t answer their phones either. Called three times and nothing. Whatever you do, do not pay at site. If you prepaid you might be able to get out of the deposit. We had hardly any trash too. If you’re on the first floor you will hear everything your upstairs neighbors do.

It was cheap but the TV didn't work, the sheets were stained and shower was older. No soap or anything else.

The staff were great and put us in the quietest room they had available. The downside is that the room was in a back corner and had no decorations (no paintings or artwork made it feel like a half-way house room) the sheets were dirty and the outside walk way in front of the rooms were filthy. The price felt high for the room and condition of the property.

I attempted one more stay, but this was the last. You pay for internet that you literally can't use. Even the motel's provided TVs cant connect to it because the connection is so bad. The lobby houses the vending machines (instead of where where the sign says they are) and they lock the lobby after 8 or 9 PM, so you can't even get to them. There were nicotine drop marks on the door frame of the bathroom, and the coffee that was supposed to be in the room must have been invisible. For a suite price, id expect to at least be able to connect to the Wifi and have a cup of coffee in my room. Or be able to grab a sofa from the vending machibe during the night I'm paying to stay there.
