When we arrived on Friday the man checking us in was super friendly and helpful! The pool was freezing and I’m not just talking about the water. I had to bundle myself up (I’m talking socks, sweater, hat and all) while watching my kids bravely swam. Whoever cleaned our room before we got there did the bare minimum. When we leave we clean up after ourselves, I’ll do the garbage and when I say bare minimum I legitimately mean there was garbage all in the bottom of the garbage which they just lined it with a garbage bag and called it a day VS dumping out the garbage that’s inside the garbage bin.

Elevator was broken but they are so kind there and the breakfast was good! Front desk staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed the coffee and cookies at front desk. Would stay here again for sure!

For the price point it served it's purpose. We arrived to find out the elevator is out of service (has been for an extended time according to front desk) and no rooms on ground floor with 2 beds. Not the end of the world for us - we're able bodied and could climb the stairs. However, it wasn't mentioned before arrival and this could be a deal breaker for some guests. The entry doors from the parking lot don't work with the keys so after hours you have a bit of a walk. Overall, for the price point I would stay again. Sheldon at the desk was super friendly and helpful at check in

Went for a 24 hour trip with my oldest ti Watertown. This is a nice hotel. Unfortunately, their elevator was out of service but we only had one flight of stairs to climb. Only downside, extremely noisy neighbours on our floors. Let their kids run around screaming until very late. And I get kids will be kids but, parents should parent.

I thought the front desk was well maned and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The windows in the room were really dirty and old. People had written the date they had stayed in the fog from the shower. It was not recent. The pool area was clean, but could use some inviting decor and chairs.

The staff was often not available, tried to call desk and no one ever answered, room service was by request but no one mentioned it on check-in, distance to walk to room and breakfast was too far for person with walking issues, pool area floor was dirty, exercise room floor was not picked up, no towels in pool area, room needs plugs updated for electronic devices, no luggage rack in room.
