We recently stayed at citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen and had a great time. The hotel is located in a lovely area and is easily walkable to various attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I enjoyed their delicious and healthy breakfasts. The overall experience was great, and I highly recommend citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Copenhagen.

Good clean place at the heart of city. Only negative point is that if the tech doesn’t work it’s can be quite hard as everything is automated at this hotel.

The staff is minimal, as check and even room function is digital. Unfortunately, the technology is very outdated: rooms operate thru an iPad that seems many years old, so things like turning the lights on and off requires the iPad to boot up each time first. Not convenient. Rooms are also very tiny. Otherwise a clean and functional space.

I loved everything about this hotel, but one should be aware that the rooms are very small. I would say it’s ideal for couples and single travellers, but it would be difficult for a family with kids to deal with the small area of the rooms. Mona at check-in was so friendly and so helpful. I forgot my power adapter and she was able to find one for me to use. Hotel location is fabulous, right across from the square. Room a bit small, but very clean.

Rooms were a bit small with no place to put your luggage but it was clean and had everything you needed. The location was very convenient and centrally located. Within minutes there was public transportation and restaurants.
