Friendly staff. Very clean. Accommodated my request for 1st floor room (easier to take dogs out). Room was clean and comfortable, although bed was a bit soft. Breakfast was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

For a weekend Hawkeye game, its fine, even at elevated prices. Parking spots SUCK!! Super narrow, ding specials!! I can't stay here again, because I like my car.

The room condition was okay, but appeared out-dated, a bit rundown. Ex. the bottom of the bathtub was faded/light brown, making it look unclean. There was a long hair left on the toliet seat. The walls appeared paper thin, as we could hear the TV of our neighbors throughout the night. It seemed over priced for just a satisfactory visit.

The breakfast was yummy and I liked the pool and gym. My room did have a couple of bottle caps left on the floor from a previous tenant and the tub had a used towel left inside. Everything else was satisfactory.
