Nice room
The room was very nice. The bathroom was quite large and handicapped accessible. The only problem I had was with the TV. It took me awhile to even get it to come on, and I had to ask staff to get it to change channels.

Motel was pretty tired. Some maintenance issues (leaky showerhead). Road noise from the highway was VERY apparent. Breakfast was not worthwhile at all. Staff was exceptionally nice.

I wont be staying here again. I find it an outrage a $100 fee if you are a local. And they consider a local anyone with a Kentucky address. No a local is any person who lives within a 50 mile radius not someone who lives in Covington. And I have stayed at two other London hotels which I will continue to patronize. I don't care if it is refundable.

Worn out dump plain out nasty. Blood was on the mattress protector. Led in bathroom hum so bad a elongated toilet seat on a round toilet...etc etc. My worst stay ever on hotel.com be warned its a dump. Wont let me add pictures go figure

They charge a $100 deposit to your card that is not mentioned online. The sign in the lobby said this deposit was only collected for locals. We are from 4 hours away and we were still charged the deposit. We had 2 rooms and they charged this for each room.

I'm short - it's ok, but we wouldn't stay there unless were no other options. I think my husband would have preferred to sleep in the car. I really struggled to pick between 2 or 3 stars. The hotel was very inexpensive and allowed dogs, so that was great. The gal at checking was nice, but the computer system was giving her a hard time. Check in with a reservation took 15 or 20 minutes. The room smelled very stuffy and like it was an old smoking room that hadn't had the carpets cleaned. That was a big turnoff for us. The fridge worked, but was so noisy we had to unplug it. The breakfast was there, but if you're healh conscious, there really wasn't much of anything there for you. Again, low cost, and I understand that, but overall, the room smelling really bad was a huge turnoff. We checked in at 10 pm and really got the impression another room would be the same, so we didn't ask to change rooms.

I was very pleased with our serivce. The staff was very polite. My only complaint is that no access to washer n dryer . I had got my only pair of shoes soaking wet. Also there was no way for the front desk to get towels, in the pool area as well

The unique thing about this hotel was the pool. Was indoor/outdoor. You swam through a wall for the outdoor portion. The hit tub wasn't working while we were there, but you could still sit in the hot water. When you book through orbitz though, it confuses the front desk and they may try and make ya pay for rhe room again. But just ahow them your receipt. There is a 100 dollar deposit. You get it back the day you checkout though as long as theres no damages and nothing is missing. Was a very relaxing stay though

When I arrived there was a group of people in the lobby area. They stopped everything they were doing a stared at us, made us uneasy to say the least. My son asked if we could leave. I entered, my kids refused despite having to use the restroom. Now the decor, if one would call it such was a mix of night time family skating rink or low budget rave from the ‘90’s. Entering there was no one at the front desk, so I went to the restroom. As I exited the restroom the group said their goodbyes and the attendant went to their post. The attendant checked me in and made it seem like there was a possibility my reservation wouldn’t work. Weird. While unloading there was a person smoking what didn’t smell like cigarettes. We were able to cancel the next nights stay. We stayed the night as they refused a refund despite being there less than an hour. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. Lamps were rusty and had a thick gritty layer of dust on them. There were definitely not enough outlets. The room and bathroom were tidy but not clean.
