Staff was incredible breakfast was great I liked they had security in the parking lot but at the same time they had Security in the parking lot so I don’t think it was quite a safe neighborhood But I had no problems at all. I would recommend this place.

This hotel is different from other Hampton Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at. The room looks old and smells of cigarette smoke. There was no Wi-Fi connection or TV available throughout our entire stay.

I have stayed here before, my big disappointment was that the Internet was not working and with the TV, the titles of the shows were not available, as I was hoping to get some work done. Asked staff about it, issues with the system. The staff is great, Amber who checked me is really good, ask her about the Tulare outlets, which we visited and she said they are really good and they are. Hotel is clean and feel safe in the area.

Property definitely needs to be remodeled especially when it comes to the in room AC units. Upon check in we were given a room that had a non working unit, which had the room feeling like a 100 degrees and after a long day at Sequoia National Park with a toddler and preteen it’s the last thing you wanted to deal with. In addition to the carpets having the humid smell and bathrooms being outdated, I think an overall renovation and updated would help this property tremendously due to its convenient location being so close to the national park.

The place was clean on the inside !!! Great place to stay.. the T.V decided not to work on Saturday night it was flashing and the lady at the front desk said give it 20 min call back … called back 20 minutes later and still not working ..the update never finished and flashed the whole night !!! Kept us up all night long
