Our room was disgusting. Sprinkler on celing was broke with toliet paper wrapped arpund it. Hallway smelled toliet broke water park was closed until weekend probably because of covid 19 when everything is supposed to be open.

See the thing is, I never do reviews. I hate reviews and they generally fake. But this place was so bad, mind you we booked last minute, that we slept in our clothes , didn’t shower, didn’t use the water to brush our teeth, and slept on top of the bed with towels. The pictures don’t even do it justice.

We stayed 1 night for a concert, the bathroom i got stuck in for an amount of time until my husband came back. The waterpark was closed and we were never told when we got there. The breakfast was gone through by some of the employees. The kicker we were evucated out of our rooms which made us leave one of our meals in the room. I would have went down to speak to a manager about our stay. No one was around!!

Was looking for a place to stay on a trip home. Check in was quick but that’s pretty much the only positive. The room smelled terrible. The bathroom was gross and there was dirt by my feet when under the sheets. Icing on the cake was there was a special needs/autistic child which I could hear the entire night. Definitely wasn’t his fault but between that and doors slamming at 1am I got no sleep.

this is the worst place i have ever booked through expedia. part of the reason i chose this place was the water park. i didnt find out, until after checking in, it was closed on the 3 days i stayed there. they showed pictures of a dining room in the advertisement, but there was none to be found. no restaurant, also advertised, on the property. my room was horrible. one trash can reeked of the stench of a dead animal. i took it to the front office for a new one. that one was used to carry broken shards of glass that were glued together with dried up soda and caked on the bottom. the trash can in the bathroom was also disgusting. it had old trash in the bottom that was also glued to the inside. i went to use the microwave but there was a tim hortons cup stuck to the glass tray inside. the tray was covered with some type of sticky substance (on top and underneath the tray) and appeared that some item had been put inside and burst all over the interior. it was freaking nasty. i didnt dare use the shower and slept on top of the blankets in order to avoid bedbugs. i could keep going, but i'll run out of space. it's a shame that these people are a part of the choice hotel chain. i used to go to their places, but this example was enough to convince me to try other places to stay.

Dirty, door locks not working, holes in bathroom door and blemishes on walls, insufficient electrical outlets, room not serviced, poor breakfast selection, oatmeal was old, holes in driveway and parking lot. Definitely NOT up to American standards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. I called and no answer. A few min later someone came in to help. But by this point I had a chance to look around and the building is in complete disarray. The outside of the building was filthy and in desperate need of repairs. I never even made it to the room before requesting to cancel the booking.

Room had weird smell. Coffee pot was still full from last occupant. I was sure if sheets were changed so i bought pillows and blankets at Walmart. Gym was broken and pool closed before I got there.

Please spare yourself the heartache This is the by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at Broken walls with mold seeping out, roaches, everything looks like it’s not been updated or cleaned in literally decades, smells like goat feces and Indian food Looks like people live in this motel Drug activity The “water park” is a disgusting dirty broken down pool area Two slides that are filthy and unkept Teenagers working there look bored and disinterested Just overall FAIL I couldn’t sleep on those beds either - too disgusting Had to bring my own pillow and sleep fully clothed above blankets smh Disgusting place
