We arrived after midnight and had to wait for access. The door was locked, no one was at reception or attended the bell. A staff appeared after around 10 mins. There might have been renovation going on in the building so we got waken up by different sort of noises.

Insufficient towels, cold water shower, coffee cups not big enough. No communication, no do or dont information. No idea how the key worked. We weren't given any information when booking in. The room was small, and tv in small bedroom. We thought we were getting a decent sized room, and didn't. Thankfully, we only used it to sleep in. nothing else. TV only had 4 chanels. Will definetly not be staying there again.

We booked for 3 adults and two 18month old children, there was alot of mould in the shower , a mouse in our room and were bitten by somethinh in the bed they chaned our room and in that one discovered cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night we will never recomend this place to any family we had the worst experience not a relaxing holiday full of stress moving all our things as well steer clear not as shown in brochure.

The ‘hotel’ felt more like a hostel, in the movie sense.. it was cramped, noisy, the cot was delivered to our room in an old shopping trolley.. we had no hot water for the shower on our last day, the place generally felt unsafe. The bedsheet didn’t reach to the end of the bed, so half of the mattress was exposed. I would not recommend this hotel. More suited for student accommodation, not a family hotel.

Poor customer service. No management on weekends. No hot water available - no communication about this or compensation or alternative options. Access to the room isn't via hotel lobby - seperate building than advertised. Very basic old dirty rooms - not a hotel or apartments at all.

I booked this property without reading any reviews. I then read some reviews and became concerned. But on arrival I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived in the late evening and the external doors were locked. But another guest helped us get inside. Once inside the staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and efficient. Our room was showing some signs of wear but was very clean and comfortable. There were guest amenities such as tea and coffee, fresh towels and toiletries. We enjoyed a late night meal at a local eatery. In the morning the reception staff were happy to assist us with attaching luggage tags on our bags during checkout. The on-site Cafe makes a delicious egg and bacon roll and good coffee for a very reasonable price. For a budget room for 3 people overnight it was very good value. I would stay there again.
