This is one step above a hostel ..... just. Tiny rooms that desperately needing a deep clean. The hallways reak, we had rooms on 2 levels and both were the same horrid smell Room on level 2 was average but room on level 6 was horriable, beds barley made, bathroom falling apart. Bed hard as a rock and pushed against a wall with 1 pillow that was thinner then i thought possible Check in was in a different bulifing to where we stayed but wasnt told that by staff had to figure it out. Techinally did the job but Wont be be back

The motel room was nothing like what was advertised on Wotif when I booked. The motel is much older and the room was alot older and run down than the lovely modern rooms shown in the photos. It was good enough for our stay but I would not stay again. I felt fine paying what I did based on the photos on the website but definitely felt it wasn't worth what we paid when we got there.

Worst place we have stayed in, mould in bathroom grout black due to lack of cleaning.apartment very small, smelly and stuffy. No cleaning services. Very overpriced. However close to markets and tram outside. Never stay here again and definitely won’t recommend

Pro: Very close to CBD, with nearby shops and tram stop at front door. Very reasonably priced. Cons: Elevator/s (2) are terrible in the morning and afternoon you can wait up to 10 min before one shows up with enough room to get in (During our stay only one worked). The adjoining apartment had a very large dog which lept up on the railings and barked whenever you went onto the balcony.

Bed was uncomfortable. Air con noisy and not really effective. Issue with other guests roaming corridors and yahooing around 2:30 am which woke us up. Staff were friendly enough and access was easy.

Approx 45 rooms per floor
NOTHING like pictures. Everything broken-lobby toilets, oven, lift, toilet roll holder, no blockout blinds, did not privide hand towels or cereal bowls, tongs etc, 2 dirty towels in room when arrived, this is not a Delux accom as wording had mentioned, no Chanrlle room decos(or any room decos) like marketing has displayed.. this is serviced appartments en mass, only good point for us was location, would never have booked though if i knew the above, despite false advertising above &many othrr guests in same situation as we chatted in cramped lift no refund given, and when asked to upgrade, was told that is the best room avail

Booked penthouse and paid the views , advised me on presentation room is not ready at 1800 . ? had plumbing issues . Recpetion not very healpful . Given room like box no windows etc. Promised to change in morning than said not available. No compensations.
