This charming duplex sits in a quiet area of town that is golf cart accessible and has plenty of room to enjoy your vacation with an open floor plan. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils and has an island for an extra prep area. The dining table has seating for 6. The living area has a large sectional for guests, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. (BR1) has a Queen bed, TV, and storage for your beach attire. The bathroom is in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination unit. (BR2) has a Twin over Full bunk bed, TV storage for clothing with a private ensuite bathroom that has a shower only, no tub. The laundry room is on the ground level and has a washer, dryer, and utility sink. It has a great Patio area with outdoor seating to enjoy time outside while you cook on the gas grill. Sip coffee from the front balcony and enjoy the bay breeze. You can catch glimpses of the ships going through the channel from the road. Plenty of parking for a boat. Across the street is the city pool and dog park. Down the road is the Nature Preserve. You are a minute's drive from shops and restaurants and about a mile to the beach. Bring the boat and pets and enjoy Port A.

Cozy and relaxing

The Home was clean and had room for my family and me. It was a short drive from the beach. Also at night, it was very quiet to sit out on the deck and enjoy the summer night breeze. Look forward to going again in the near future.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The house was in a great location on the island. The problem I had was that my young children could fit there head between the slats of the upstairs balcony and I had to pay close attention to them when they went outside. My wife’s complaint was the cleanliness of the property. Overall I had a good time and enjoyed myself at this property.

Amazing Stay in Port A!

My friends and I had a great time staying at the property while on vacation for a birthday celebration. The place was clean and had more space than we even expected. It was easy to make meals, given the kitchen supplies available. The place felt safe and it was quick drive to and from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to others we know!
