Rent your own piece of beach paradise and enjoy THE GOOD LIFE! This 2 story Beach Side Gem boasts 3 large bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. The 1st floor of this home has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, dining area, & extra bar seating. Also on the 1st floor is Bedroom 1, with a king bed, large screen TV, full bath and patio access. Upstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, large screen TV and private bath. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 twin over full bunk beds, an air hockey table, TV and private bath. Enjoy the ocean breezes, sunrises and sunsets because both of these rooms have doors that lead to the 2nd floor deck with hammocks! THE GOOD LIFE also boasts an enormous driveway that allows an exclusive boat trailer parking space in addition to guest parking. There is also a basketball goal. The neighborhood beach boardwalk is golf cart friendly! It is also less than a mile to the golf course at La Palmilla and just minutes to Port Aransas where you will find great dining, shopping and family fun! SMOKE FREE HOME. Enjoyed this house! Perfect for our family of five but could fit comfortably a few more. If it wasn’t spring break week I assume beach would have been nice and calm, as it was not too bad! Nice little neighborhood!

Perfect house for our family of 7 in the best neighborhood!!!! Very pleased with the indoor & outdoor living spaces, cleanliness, extras for the kids, neighborhood pool, & location. It is definitely as great as the listing makes it seem. We have stayed in 3 houses in this neighborhood & this was the best!

4th of July Family Fun

This super cute beach house had all the necessities and a little extra. It was nicely decorated with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The hammock chairs were perfect for hanging out with a good book after a fun day at the beach.

Loved our beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was our first trip to Port Aransas and we loved the house. It had everything we needed and more than enough room for our family of four. The kids loved the air hockey and it was an easy walk to the beach from the house. Everyone was comfortable and the house was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Home Away From Home!

I was highly impressed with this property! The pictures didn’t do it justice! Everything was immaculate and clean! Check in was very easy. They even had cute sunglasses in case you forgot yours! The air hockey table was a hit for the kids! With 6 of us, we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other because everything was spaced out well. We will definitely return to The Good Life! You will be missing out if you don’t stay here!!

Nice Mustang Beach Vacation House

The house is clean, well maintained and everything you would need for a comfortable stay is on property. The rooms are large and each has a bathroom. The house has two masters and another large room with 4 beds, so it accommodates 6-8 people easily. Each room has a TV and the room with 4 beds also has an air hockey table. The house is a few feet away from the pool and a short walk to access a boardwalk to the beach. The Palmilla Resort, which has a 9-hole golf course and a couple of dining options is a 2 minute drive in one direction and Cinnamon Shores, which also has a couple of dining options, is a 2 minute drive in another direction. We did not rent a golf cart and were happy with that decision.

Great Port A Getaway

The house is perfect- great location, well maintained, spacious. The porches, chairs, basketball goal made for a great outdoor space. Rent a golf cart. The wifi/ internet was a little unreliable- if I had been trying to work remotely, that would have been frustrating. Highly recommend this property.

This was our second summer in a row staying at The Good Life beach house. Love the location, cozy beds, lots of towels and pillows, great deck, kitchen has everything you need, kids love the bunk room and air hockey... we love it here!

Quiet vacation home

Access to the beach as well as the community pool is great. House was nice and clean, with many amenities. It can accommodate a family of 5-6 nicely, but common living area could be a bit tight for more than 6 people , especially if all adults.

Everything was clean ! This property even included some spices, foil, ziplocks and some glassware, dish and laundry detergent, extra towels, trash bags and beach toys = extra Nice Touch for families traveling with young kids !

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

This is a great house to stay at when exploring Port A or Corpus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large. The neighborhood has a private boardwalk to the beach which is walkable, but I'd recommend renting a golf cart. (several companies on the island will deliver)

The Good Life

My family and I highly recommend The Good Life. Check in was EASY. The home was very accommodating for our family of 7. Well stocked kitchen with all of the spices a gourmet chef would require. Although it is a short walk to the beach, we rented a golf cart from Paradise Rentals. (Whom we also recommend) Would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Beautiful home!

The Good Life was exactly that! This home had everything we needed and more!! It was beautifully appointed and very well equipped. The photos were helpful and the home was as represented. As stated in previous reviews, the living area was a bit small for our family to comfortably relax together at the end of the day. If your group likes to be outside it has plenty of additional space. We would definitely it rent again.

We had an amazing trip to Port A and the house was perfect for our family. The boys loved playing basketball and we really appreciated all the extra beach supplies. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access for driving our Jeep on the beach. Look forward to coming back soon!

We’re Coming Back!

We rented this property for a family get together during SandFest. We came to this event for many years. The reason for this trip was for our adult daughter and son and us to spend time together before the daughter moves to Germany. The rental exceeded our expectations. The master bed is the most comfortable my wife and I have ever slept on. Our kids loved having their own bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy enough for two people to work easily. The management company responded quickly for a very minor issue. The beach is a short trip over a boardwalk. Neighbors are friendly and it’s quiet at night. Halfway through our four day stay, my wife announced that THIS is the home we are coming back to. All in all, a perfect time.

A pleasant treat

This home was a perfect fit for us on our recent stay for 3 nights. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortble. A big plus was having a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms.! The only thing that could be improved would be the living area---it was a somewhat cramped.

Great Beach House

We had a really great vacation❣️ We really loved the house and very kid friendly with basketball, air hockey, few minutes walk to the beach and close to the community pool. The home was very clean, comfortable and roomy. Kids could be entertained inside or outside while the adults enjoyed quiet time downstairs or on the hammock chairs on upper deck. Only downside, 2 trash bags supplied for 8 people and 3 nights and 4 days and no laundry soap available First house we’ve stayed in without those items. When reservation was made the golf cart was in the description but it was not available for use. Guests who wrote in the guest book just a month before commented on the use of the golf cart. All in all it was such a beautiful house and a great place to stay. We hope to come stay again.

Comfortable House - good location

Hi there, we were very satisfied with the house, and our overall experience. The walk to the beach really only takes 5 minutes, so you don't need to drive there. The hammocks on the 2nd floor balcony are a great way to catch a nice breeze and chill out. The bedrooms are all very comfortable - the big master upstairs is lovely! This house is good for people who are not looking for a huge swimming pool - because the neighborhood pool is pretty modest. But we swam in the ocean so we were perfectly satisfied. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.
