Bird in Paradise" at Pelican Roost Townhomes is a 2,000 sf 2-unit home located close to dining, shops, and the best part of the beach. This is an ideal property for extended or multiple families with 2 living areas, you will have 2 kitchens (1 full, 1 kitchenette), 2 living areas, 2 dining spaces and plenty of beds!
The king primary suite has a romantic 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower w bench, dual sink vanity and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms upstairs are a queen and a bunk room. plus another full bath with tub/showe. A rollaway bed, high chair and pack'n-play also onsite.
The 1st floor studio is an open space with a king and queen bed, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, plus a dining table/chairs and another restroom with shower. The 2 units are completely separate with private entries.
Community pool and a hot tub that's private to the home. The pool has some family-friendly features: a full length bench, a 6' sundeck and a full-width entry. Beach chairs and toys for guest use. Parking for 4 vehicles and/or a boat with a convenient garage remote. 4 TVs including a 75" in the living room, 500 mbps Wifi and Spectrum cable.
Your family will love the "open concept" great room for meals, game and movie nights. Outdoor spaces include a balcony with sectional sofa, propane fire table, party lights + 2 swing hammocks plus the yard has a 5-person hot tub and more seating. Propane grill is onsite; however, the grill is offered by "self-service"; guests must clean it; and guests are responsible for swapping out the tank as needed. You will find a grill brush and cleaner in the garage next to the grill. If the propane tank runs out, you can swap it at Dollar General, (1/2 mile North on 361) we will gladly reimburse you for the expense if you send a photo of the receipt.
