Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first level, the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and comfortable family room flow into one another under spacious, two-story ceilings. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a backsplash of stylish, wave-shaped tiles. Gather around a farmhouse-style, live-edge table with plenty of seating for memorable meals. Or, head to the family room to sink into the sectional sofa and enjoy the 60” Smart TV with sound bar for movie nights or can’t-miss game. SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor includes a primary suite for guests who prefer a ground-level bedroom, and it offers a full-size closet, built-in dresser and luxury bathroom with a large, walk-in shower designed with whimsical, Moroccan tiles. The second floor is equally spacious, with high ceilings and two bedroom suites that accommodate adults and kids with ease. The second primary suite includes 14-foot ceilings, a full-size closet, built-in dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kids’ suite has nautical style and sleeps five, with a queen bed and three twin beds. It also offers a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with tub. Both upstairs bedrooms access a deck that runs the full length of the home and has amazing views of Mustang Island sunsets.

GREAT FEATURES: Located on a corner lot, the home provides a landscaped front yard where kids can play. For grilling out, you can easily fire up the stainless steel, Weber, gas grill. And when you come in from the beach, rinse the sand off your feet in a great outdoor shower. Off the Beachin’ Path is just a short walk to three pools, Town Center, The Great Lawn, rental office and retail shops. Plus, you’ll have easy access to the fitness center and playground.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Off The Beachin Path is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Off The Beachin Path the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
