Bad Communication

Don’t count on having any contact with the owner. I messaged before our stay with a question and never got a response. I work from home and when I arrived at the location the wifi was not working. I reached out for help to the number they listed as the go to contact and never got a response in the 4 days we were there. This was extremely inconvenient and Not to mention how unprofessional it is to list a contact number if no one is going to actually answer.

Port Aransas weeken trip

It was too short, but the property was beautiful. Nice hot tub and pool. The hot tub was Not Hot during the day but was warm at night so that was disappointing. The beach was close, easy walk. The only downside to the beach at this location is that people drive on the beach. We found those on the beach driving were not on the lookout for little ones, the did not have a lot of respect. A large group drove right up on me and my grandkids and set up a dancing pole. Not a place to take your grand babies.so the property is great but find a diff beach if traveling with young ones.

Friendly hosts, friendly neighbors

We enjoyed our stay. It was pet friendly and a few guests also had pets. Everyone was friendly that we met. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and not overly busy at all. The drive into Port Aransas is about 10 minutes which if you don't mind driving is not a big deal. There was fog at night and in am affecting visibility on the road, just as an FYI. We were able to order a pizza one night when we did not want to drive. We had friends join us for a couple nights at the end and the hosts were accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and Comfortable!

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family and it was very clean! We enjoyed the pool and it was an easy drive to park at the entrance to the bridge that goes out to the beach. Loved having a private access area to the beach for the guests here. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful Comfortable Condo for Family

Inside of condo was beautiful and clean! The king bed was very spacious and comfortable. Construction was being done out the wall of the king bedroom we were in. Upon booking we were not aware of this construction and it woke us up the sound of grinding hammering in the morning when you suffer from migraines is not a good thing. There was minor issues the manager addressed for us the next day.

Enjoyable weekend

This was one of the best homes we’ve rented. Everything was as described in the listing. Tasteful decor, well-equipped kitchen (even sharp knives), comfortable beds, lots of beach towels, etc. The pool and pool area were well-maintained. Our granddaughter loved the pool. The only issue we had was the condition of the deck and deck furniture. The cushions outside were covered in mildew and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Paint on the decking and railing was peeling badly. This made the deck less appealing for us. It’s a lovely place for a family beach outing.

Family vacation

There were 8 of us, and there was plenty of room! There weren’t, however, 8 bath towels and only 3 rags, but having the washer and dryer in the unit was helpful! The walk is rather far to the beach, but not unbearable. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the condo, but the entry is super easy. Nice deck overlooking the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Get away from snow!

Comfortable, well decorated, plenty of amenities. Short walk to ocean. Used the deck daily. Pool not heated so did not use. Definitely need to be able to climb stairs. Nice bedding, updated bathrooms. Drove to restaurants or bars in town, nothing super close. Had a great time.

Cozy, clean, and relaxing condo

The condo was very cozy and clean. Loved the big balcony, pool and jacuzzi. There was not much of a view of ocean and I couldn't locate how to walk to beach from property. Overall, it was a very nice condo and I enjoyed the relaxing envirnment.

Basically a nice condo with nice upgrades. Rooms were spacious enough for 7 in our family. We didn’t use the walkway over the dunes as it was a really long one and we knew we could park on the beach making it so convenient to have everything we needed at the beach without trying to walk carrying so much. Liked the updated kitchen countertops of granite and appliances and updated bathrooms, We noticed upon entry the “doggy” odor from the area rug possibly but definitely from the carpets in the bedrms. We think the best next update should soon be the carpets being changed out for more of the nice vinyl engineered wood-like flooring that would likely take away the doggy odor. We have stayed in other condos that allow dogs but they didn’t have the doggy odor or carpets. Outside, we enjoyed the wonderfully large deck with plenty of seating for all of us! However, most all the wooden decking leading up to the condo needs painting. The paint peeling was unsightly and made it seem that the association is not keeping up with repairs of the deck stairs. We do know that there was damage a few years ago from the hurricane, so maybe that will be forthcoming soon. We thought the parking area was really good and spacious! We appreciated that. The location of the condo was in a nice quiet area including down at the beach without too many people on the beach compared to closer to town. Elevators would be nice

Condo was very clean and was nicely stocked with everything you need. Check in is super easy. Property is pretty outdated. Walk to beach is kind of a long walk, especially when it’s so hot out but it is manageable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only one thing…the listing advertises a heated pool, which was the main reason we chose this listing. The pool wasn’t heated. Other than that the listing was great.

Nice unit

view of bay and corpus, gulf while also overlooking the pool. Unit is comfortably furnished with all amenities. The stairs are worth the climb for the large deck too.
