the only issue - was that the shower was so small, anyone over 150# cannot actually fit into it- even at 125# i found it extremely difficult to access and could not shampoo my hair without turning off the water - still my elbows hit the sides of the shower repeatedly- i have never seen. such a tight situation

This is a great hotel! Location is absolutely perfect, literally across the street from Sloane Square, with more dining and shopping options you could hope for. Also, tube station is across the street. Amazing staff, very clean and comfortable room. I will definitely come back.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There was a water issue, that was NOT the properties fault. The staff was helpful and kept us well informed. It was resolved and all was great! I would stay here again. Loved the room.

The rooms are extremely small. Bathrooms had a piece falling off. My Donna cover had a blood stain from a previous guest, so I assume it had not been changed. Disappointing.

I want to start by saying that the staff were amazing and attentive and the room was great. However, a combination of the room not being fully equipped when we checked in and the ongoing works, which we only found out about after we booked, took the shine off the visit. We would happily stay here again as I think these were short-term issues.

Won’t stay again.
Location was great, staff was OK, polite. Restaurant workers were rude. My room was beyond small, couldn’t even open the bathroom door. The shower was awful, couldn’t use it the first three days bc water wouldn’t get warm. When I told the staff, I was told I was doing it wrong. Pretty sure I know how to turn a handle for warmer water. I’d never stay here again.

Our hotel had an amazing location. It was conveniently close to the tube, the Peter Jones department store—where we picked up gift wraps and a clothes steamer—, and within walking distance to excellent shopping and dining options. Pavilion Road and many more attractions were just a few minutes away. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the wonderful Côte restaurant is right beneath the hotel.

Room had everything needed, plus espresso machine. Cute hotel in an amazing location. Great staff. I would avoid Room 108 as it's next to the breakfast room, and from 6:45am there's noise and people chattering etc etc. They don't have any Expedia VIP perks, or I wasn't offered any.

A good location with many amenities
Sam at the Front Desk was wonderfully helpful, cheery and kind, a breath of fresh air. The hotel's location is excellent, and it has every amenity (a stuffed animal in every room, a fridge, rainforest showers). The rooms can be small and very dark, but on balance this is a good selection in a city where it can be hard to find reasonable hotels.

The perfect London treat
Sloane Square Hotel was complete perfection for my stay in London; out the door was everything I needed at my fingertips, I could walk to my favorite places, catch the tube or the many handy cabs. The total dream stay in London; the staff were kind, hospitable, and couldn’t do more to make sure my stay was everything & more that I needed. Also a note that the food at the restaurant was excellent - fresh, healthy & delicious. Bravo to the team (& Sam), with much gratitude Jane
