Welcome to Seahorse #207! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo is your perfect beach retreat, complete with comfy furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Plus, with the beach and pool just a hop away, you can effortlessly switch from sunbathing to swimming, even on those busy beach days. Tucked away in a small complex, you’ll have all the convenience you need to make the most of your beach escape without breaking the bank! Snag this hidden gem today!

The Seahorse complex is currently under construction for Stucco and painting of the building. The work is scheduled to be complete by end of May 2025, weather permitting. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Hurricane won

Very nice and clean. Property was very pretty. Did not like climbing the stairs, very difficult. We had to leave early because of the approching hurricane and the rain would cause flooding.First few days were nice and relaxing.

Property is rundown, living room couch and loveseat very uncomfortable, skimpy on amenities like toilet paper trash bags laundry soap etc. residents dogs disruptive barking. We had rented another unit at this property four years ago and it was far superior to this unit. Next time we visit padre island we won’t be staying at this venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Some of the furniture is a little dated. Some areas could use remodeling (bathtub has some stains... etc.. ). But located in a great location. Pool was nice. Ease of access was accommodating. We would recommend!

By the Beach - Really Nice Place

This property provided all that we needed for our weekend get away to the beach. The condo is across the street from the beach parking lot. A quick 100 yard walk to the beach! The condo itself is in an older building, but it is well maintained and a comfortable. The pool in the courtyard is very inviting. Management/Owner are very responsive to issues (I asked that the front windows get cleaned so we could enjoy the morning sun. They sent their cleaning staff right over and took care of it. We'll be back (planning our next family reunion in a couple of years).

Condo smelled like smoke, was not ready when we got there. AC apparently was broken. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the 1st one. Will never use Padre Escapes again to book a condo.
