AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Welcome to Beach Bungalow, Cinnamon Shore's largest 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Town Center condominium. This spacious unit was professionally decorated with luscious bedding, soothing ocean hues, and soft, comfortable furniture. Every detail was thought out for your best vacation ever. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas are great for entertaining and relaxing. This condo features two bedrooms with king-size beds, each with their own bathroom, on the first level. Step onto the balcony to breathe in the ocean air and feel the breeze. Upstairs is a large loft -like bedroom featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds and an massive en-suite bathroom. Lovely views of the Town Center and Lisabella's restaurant can be seen through the windows. Enjoy all the Cinnamon Shore amenities within steps of this condo. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Beach Bungalow is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beach Bungalow the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
