We stay at Ceasars quite often, this visit wasn't horrible but wasn't great either for a couple of reasons. The hot tub wasn't working which is a big reason for us to stay there, Coke machines on every floor was out of order, and the refrigerator in our room wasn't working.

The bed was really hard and squeaked at the edge getting out. The pillow was almost nothing. Older carpet it seemed. However, our room was spacious as a regular room. Nice bathroom with rain shower. Check in and out was quick and they texted you with a concierge assigned to you. Nice touch!

When I arrived, the hotel was not very clean. The Bed Sheets were torn, the curtains had stains, and leftover trash and food were underneath the bedside tables. The hotel staff wouldn't clean my room even after I had asked them to when I was gone for several hours. In the long hallway to the casino, cups of alcohol were on the benches or windowsills. Not a great time.
