Front desk needs to be provided with better information about the courtesy shuttle. We (2 senior women) had to wait outside in a corner at South Coast Rep theater for over 30 minutes in the cold. I had to call twice to get information. If I would have known there was not a guaranteed pick up time we would have used uber

Larger facilities and rooms than expected. Large Jacuzzi bathtub was nice. Downside, property/decor and rooms felt old and smelled musty/old, especially the room. Great stay, needs a makeover and some fresh air.
