Front desk was nice but the room floor was so gross. Didnt notice until my socks were black on the bottom. Also no fridge or microwave and very small towels!!

I was there for 45 minutes when I started seeing baby cockroaches on the floor the pictures online are not what it really looks like it looks run down dirty. I noticed 4 units being remodeled. So that tells you that there's still renting old units. I left immediately and paid more to stay at a moore sanitary hotel. They refuse to refund me the money. I understand there's a policy, but you should also be providing sanitary places for people to stay. The whole room was dirty and molded.

The staff at the front desk were unprofessional and spoke a different language amongst each other in front of us, making us feel uncomfortable. The place was sketchy and clearly condones questionable behavior. We didn’t stay there long and went somewhere else where the service was excellent and the area safer.
