Gleaming Hardwood Floors Throughout! Light, BRIGHT and delightful. Private brand new 100 sq. ft. luxury spa bathroom with enormous walk-in tile shower, double vanities, thick spa quality towels, fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances and EVERYTHING you need for your stay, all plates, utensils, pans, paper products, blender, full size coffee maker, toaster, margarita & wine glasses, etc.

Spring Break
The Prickly Pear Penthouse was the perfect place for our Spring Break trip with grandkids. Clean, bright, and charming with new/modern features just steps away from shops and restaurants. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend it!

Perfect Place Not Far from Sedona
Very easy checkin/out and owners were great with communication, instructions and responsive when I had questions. We stayed in the penthouse upstairs apartment with two adult couples and were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils coffee etc and everything updated inside. Super clean! We will be back!

Amazing Location. Perfect Representation.
The penthouse is exactly as represented and even better! The location is A-1, 2 block walk to all of the fun downtown locations and only about 10 mins to Jerome. Need coffee, no worries, they have a fully stocked coffee station, beds are comfortable and we have 4 ladies sharing the one bathroom, which is huge by the way, no problems. Owners are extremely responsive and the property is beautiful I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Glen And Kirsten’s property for Cottonwood and the surrounding towns. Location was perfect, as well as the safety, parking, privacy, cleanliness, and amenities of the property. Cottonwood Gem!
We made our first trip to Cottonwood this past weekend for a wedding. Staying at this lovely home made the trip even better. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed... we appreciated all the little details. On Friday we made the short walk into old Cottonwood and had dinner at Boccee. It was delicious, but go early as it fills up fast. We highly recommend this property, and hope to return again some day. Thank you for making it easy to leave a 5 Star Review!!!

One in a Million!
The Prickly Pear penthouse was wonderful; just what we wanted; Glen and Kristen were the ultimate hosts, very quick with answers to our (stupid) questions. Felt we were their guests in their house. The deck on the penthouse was the crowning touch, at the last minute our daughter and her family joined us and this gave us so much space to eat, and drink coffee and watch the grandchild playing in the grassy yard below, with a grape filled pergola in the back ground. We so loved it, so clean, well stocked (snacks, coffee, tea, creamer, water, popcorn, sugar etc). You must choose this one! We came from Hawaii, and the house actually reminded us of our turquoise themed beach house ( in the desert though haha). Hope to return someday. thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful place; sunny and well-appointed, with all details for renter comfort considered. Super considerate and helpful hosts. Great location within walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood. It was the perfect place for this retired couple and their dachshund.

Relaxing retreat
We had to book last minute and the owners responded immediately. The apartment is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. It was an oasis in the desert. A short walk from Old Cottonwood and the river. We especially loved watching the full moon rise while sitting on the deck. They had everything we could need in the kitchen and a guide book with things to see and do (including local restaurant menus). This is a great location for birdwatching, too. You are centrally located for day trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott and Flagstaff. We will definitely be booking again.

Great stay in a great area!
We stayed in the upstairs apartment for a week over Spring Break with our kids. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for an amazing week in Arizona. Old Town Cottonwood was a very short walk away with a ton of great restaurants and shops. As mountain bikers having the state park with fun trails so close was an added benefit. We spent a lot of time in Sedona and the surrounding area but really enjoyed having this quiet getaway in Cottonwood to come back to each evening. We used the large deck and backyard and were very glad to have them both. The owners were very responsive and I highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous and comfortable house
Every small detail in this house was taken care of. The kitchen was nicely stacked. We loved getting different varieties of tea, snacks and hot chocolate for the kids. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The homeowners were very responsive and provided good instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
