All the staff were great. We had a problem with our room key and were immediately helped by an employee who just happened to be walking by and noticed. Checking in/out was a breeze. We were greeted by everyone was saw.

Located near several kinds of restaurants all in walking distance ...and walking distance to Walmart and Home Depot which are practically behind the hotel.

The hallways were very dirty. The room door is missing a hinge. The floors and counter were dirty, with trash from the previous guest on the floor. I didn’t open the fridge. We thoroughly checked the bed and saw no bed bugs but the bedding was questionably clean. A cockroach crawled on the covers as we were getting ready to leave. I did tell the front desk. This was a one night stop for us and this place is geared towards longer term living/ working. That said, I didn’t feel the safest and didn’t feel comfortable using the shower because of lack of cleaning, including bugs.

Check in was quick. I have 2 dogs and only had to pay $15 for an extra dog. Continental breakfast. Was an older hotel, but has been upgraded. Some things were obviously older, overall they did a nice job and it was clean.
