The hallways were very dirty. The room door is missing a hinge. The floors and counter were dirty, with trash from the previous guest on the floor. I didn’t open the fridge. We thoroughly checked the bed and saw no bed bugs but the bedding was questionably clean. A cockroach crawled on the covers as we were getting ready to leave. I did tell the front desk. This was a one night stop for us and this place is geared towards longer term living/ working. That said, I didn’t feel the safest and didn’t feel comfortable using the shower because of lack of cleaning, including bugs.

Check in was quick. I have 2 dogs and only had to pay $15 for an extra dog. Continental breakfast. Was an older hotel, but has been upgraded. Some things were obviously older, overall they did a nice job and it was clean.

Staff is very friendly, but the pictures are very deceiving! The place is not as nice as it looks, the air vents are FULL of dust to the point they look black, the pool itself is very dirty. Cleanliness can improve a whole lot, but the staff there is very nice and helpful. Good enough for a night stay.

I travel to Council Bluffs often and this is a great low cost, convenient option. There is a free breakfast and Uber trips to downtown are quick and cheap. This hotel is among my favorite options in Council Bluffs.

It was ok, definitely glad to find a room for my family at the last minute. The maintenance man started dumping chemicals into the pool right next to my kids and husband. The chlorine was burning their eyes, so their swim time was over. There was a dirty brown ring around the edge of the pool. The mattresses were absolutely terrible. I liked that the room wasnt carpeted. There were lots of dogs in the hotel.
