The hotel scheduled a Lyft for my ride from the airport. When I arrived my keys were ready and I and I was able to go to my room. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable and overall had a great experience.

The Wifi never worked during my whole stay at the hotel. I had a seminar to attend and was very troubled due to unavailability of wifi during my whole stay at the hotel.

Stayed multiple times at this location, each time reserved three rooms with kitchens. Last stay, two rooms was getting noise complaints and because we was on the third floor with our kids we got looped into having the noise complaints. Front desk confirmed with me three times that she knew it wasn’t us but still needed to let us know that their was complaints happening. The cops showed up at our room to advise of noise complaints, at that time the kids was sitting on the bed or floor watching their brother open his birthday gifts. The general manger Bobby called me today to advise that we was no longer welcome to stay at her hotel. Funny first time ever getting a noise complaint and we stayed there November, January. June, July, September twice, and this stay. Each stay we spent over $400 dollars in three rooms. Don’t worry we will take our money elsewhere. Again first time EVER getting a complaint!!

There was no airport shuttle between 11pm and 7am. This is ridiculous. When people pay $200 out of their pocket, they expect to get what they see on the website with facilities when they pay for it. How would a person then take advantage ? Keep it as an exclusive service with a fee? Manager experience: okayish (older bald guy)

Good place. Only reason didnt get a 5 was minor things. Sink drain had to be fixed, AC unit was loud and fan never shut off and would vary in noise level. Breakfast was very small and limited. Had to get keys updated as the person who checked us in had us leaving a day earlier than what the reservation was for. Other than these these gew minor things it is clean and nice. I would use it again if i was in the area.

Friendly place but, YOU NEED RUBBER WALKING MATTS ALL ALONG THE POOL ! THAT TILE IS TOO SLIPPERY AND A TOTSL LIABILITY. PUT MATS AROUND THE POOL ! ALMOST BROKE MY NECK
